This guide covers the necessary steps to register your business, verify your credentials, and understand the technical requirements for running MegaPro ERP.

1.1 Technical Prerequisites
To ensure MegaPro ERP runs smoothly, your devices must meet the following minimum specifications:

1.2 Registration and Initial Login
Follow these steps to set up your account and gain access to the application installer.
Step 1: Business Registration and Verification
- Register your business at megagigsolution.com
- Verify your credentials:
- Email Verification: Check your email inbox (including the spam/junk folder) for the verification link
- WhatsApp Verification: A code will be sent to your registered phone number; use this code to verify your number via WhatsApp
Step 2: Subscription and Payment
MegaPro ERP is a subscription-based software. You must select and pay for a package that suits your business needs:
- Review the Available Subscription Packages (see Section 2 below)
- Choose your desired package and complete the payment
Step 3: Accessing the Installer
Once your payment is successfully processed and your account is approved:
- We will email you the installer and necessary dependencies for both the Windows and Android versions
- Install the software on your respective devices
Step 4: Post-Installation Login
After installation, you can log in to the application using the same email/username and password you used during the initial web registration.
1.3 Post-Installation Troubleshooting
If the Windows application fails to open immediately after installation, the most common dependency issue is missing or corrupted Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables.
Action: Ensure that the VC.redist.x64.exe dependency file is properly installed on your Windows machine. This file is included with the dependencies we send you.
